Delete your ClubMate account

ClubMate is a tool for grassroots cricket clubs to manage player availability, team selection, and match fee collection. You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either of the options below.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the ClubMate app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you are the only administrator of a club, you'll be asked to make another member an admin, or delete the club, before you can delete your account. This keeps the club's other members from being locked out.

Delete your account by email

If you can't access the app, email support@clubmate.run from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete your ClubMate account. We will verify your request and delete your account.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, including your profile (name, phone number, email), your club memberships and role, your availability responses, and your team-selection records. This cannot be undone.

We retain payment records in an anonymised form — with your personal details removed — because we are required to keep transaction records for legal and accounting purposes. These records can no longer be linked back to you.
