To request deletion of your ClubMate account and associated personal data, email support@clubmate.run from the address/number on your account, or use the in‑app account‑deletion option where available. We will delete your personal data, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. payment records), which we keep only as long as required.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted one‑way hashes, and access to data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
